Although automotive manufacturers invest heavily in developing and training their retail partners, many programs do not generate the expected results. However, a step change in dealer performance has the potential to deliver a high return on investment for both OEMs and dealers. This paper proposes an integrated approach to Retail Performance Management (RPM).
