Client Background: An established 20-year old business house with interests in Textiles and Carpets exports market.

Client Requirement: The business house was looking to diversify into the Car-renting industry in India by bringing new technology and experience for the Indian consumers. There was a need to devise an entry strategy, assess the market potential, build a strong team, enter into alliances with channel partners, arrange funding (debt and equity), draft business policies and processes, review the go-to-market plan and provide ongoing post-implementation advisory support.

Our role: the business house engaged us as a Board Advisor. Our team became their in-house strategic advisor whereby various matters, as mentioned above, were analyzed and reviewed, leading to their implementation.

The company has been well-covered by the media and acknowledged for its differentiated business model. Our team also assisted in getting the funding for initial capital investments and getting a strategic investor.
